			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yes, you can pull your kids out of school immediately upon making the decision.  Even if it is in the middle of a test.  Yes, yes, yes!  After you have read and followed the state rules for compliance with the state homeschool regulations, you may immediately proceed.  In most states it is just a simple matter of notification.  You notify your local school district that you will be homeschooling.  Do it in writing, send it certified mail and return receipt requested, and then begin homeschooling.  The local school district must say yes and they must notify you in writing.  But no need to wait for their response, you may begin homeschooling immediately upon sending the notification.</p>
